Tim has been a trusted name in Albany’s commercial property management and leasing sector since 2004. With extensive experience managing commercial properties for both individual owners and large portfolios, he is highly regarded for his knowledge, professionalism and strong relationships with owners and tenants.
Prior to entering real estate, Tim spent more than two decades in commercial banking, bringing valuable expertise in financial management, negotiation, customer service and compliance to his role.
Tim joined Wellington & Reeves in 2018 and continues to oversee the Commercial Property Management division, with a strong focus on delivering reliable, personalised service. He prides himself on honesty, integrity and building lasting relationships.
A long-time Albany local, Tim is proud to call the Great Southern home and enjoys being actively involved in his family and the local community.
