Quentin Dennis is our Perth-based Commercial Sales & Leasing specialist with over 30 years’ experience across property management, leasing, sales and asset management within the Australian commercial property sector.

Throughout his career, Quentin has held senior roles across multiple states, working with large commercial, retail and mixed-use portfolios. This depth of experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of both landlord objectives and tenant needs, along with the strategies required to optimise asset performance and long-term value.

He has also contributed to the industry through senior involvement with the Property Council of Australia, building strong professional networks along the way.

Now focused on commercial and industrial property in Western Australia, Quentin brings a practical, results-driven approach to every opportunity. While based in Perth and working across the northern suburbs, he maintains strong ties to his hometown of Albany and a genuine interest in regional markets throughout WA.
