Kristie brings a warm, approachable energy to the W&R team. After joining in an assistant role alongside one of our experienced Property Managers, Le-Anne, she quickly immersed herself in the industry, building her skills, confidence, and knowledge. In 2026, not too long after becoming part of the team, Kristie achieved her accreditation as a Property Manager and progressed to managing her own portfolio, a milestone that reflects her dedication, growth, and commitment to her career.

With a strong background in customer service management and a solid foundation in administrative roles, Kristie is well-equipped to handle the day-to-day demands of property management with a calm and capable approach. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and genuine care for people make her a valued support for both our team and clients.

A busy mum of three and self-confessed soccer mum, Kristie also finds time to play the game herself. Whether she’s on the field or in the office, she brings great teamwork, dedication, and a sense of fun to everything she does.
