Karen Ryall

Bio

Karen’s real estate journey began in 2005, inspired by her Auntie, a part-owner of Aussie Property Group in Eaton. Starting at reception and quickly earning her sales registration, Karen has since built a rich and diverse career in property across Western Australia.

Her early years saw her supporting licensees at Harcourts Dongara and LJ Hooker Karratha before branching out to run her own business. She then returned to real estate, gaining extensive experience across residential sales, property management, and commercial leasing with Ray White Karratha.

In 2019, Karen moved back to Dongara, and worked at Ray White as their residential property manager and later transitioned back into sales – her true passion.

Now based in Albany since early 2025, Karen brings her wealth of experience from the South West, Mid West, and Pilbara regions to the W&R team.

As Sales Administrator, she thrives on the fast-paced energy of real estate and is excited to once again focus on sales.

Outside of work, Karen is a proud mother and grandmother. Her happiest moments are spent with family or enjoying WA’s great outdoors—boating, camping, fishing, and exploring the stunning southern coast.

With over 20 years in the industry, Karen brings a deep understanding of real estate. Karen is committed to contributing to the success of W&R.
