Bio
With more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, including a strong background as a Property Manager’s Assistant, Jonica brings valuable knowledge to her current role in Residential Leasing.
Her property management experience gives Jonica a practical understanding of what owners and tenants need from the very beginning of a tenancy. She assists with enquiries, property viewings and applications, helping prospective tenants through the leasing process while supporting owners in finding the right tenant for their property.
Outside of work, Jonica enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her garden and indulging her passion for all things equine.
