After completing a degree in Business Management and Commerce, Carissa returned to Albany to begin her career in real estate. She went on to become a Director of Professionals Arthur Johnston Snowball, a position she held for more than a decade before the agency joined Wellington & Reeves in 2022.

Today, as Sales & Finance Manager, Carissa plays a pivotal role behind the scenes, overseeing sales administration, financial processes and compliance across the agency. With an exceptional eye for detail and a thorough understanding of industry legislation, she ensures every transaction is managed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with current requirements, giving both clients and the sales team confidence throughout the process.

Carissa holds her Real Estate Registration and Real Estate Agent Triennial Certificate, complementing her strong business background with extensive industry knowledge. Professional, meticulous and highly respected, she is committed to maintaining the high standards of service and compliance that Wellington & Reeves is known for.
