Bio

Having recently relocated to Albany from Perth, Jacoba brings five years of experience in the real estate industry with a well-rounded and practical understanding of property management from both operational and client-facing perspectives.

Jacoba began her career in administration and marketing within the retirement living sector, before transitioning into a newly established residential real estate branch. There, she supported a wide range of functions including marketing, document management and curation, and due diligence for rent roll acquisitions during a period of rapid growth. Over time, she progressed into leasing and administration, then into a junior property manager role, and ultimately became a fully qualified property manager.

Most recently, Jacoba worked with a property development company as a senior property manager within their residential real estate department. In this role, she oversaw the largest and fastest-growing portfolio, mentored and trained team members, and helped maintain high standards across her team to ensure consistent, reliable service.

Jacoba prides herself on being organised, proactive, and approachable with strong communication skills. She is committed to delivering seamless, positive experiences for both owners and tenants, and she looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients here at Wellington & Reeves.
