Bio

Charmaine brings a unique blend of real estate knowledge, creativity and strategic thinking to her role in Marketing & Communications at Wellington & Reeves. With a background in resort management and real estate, including experience in property management, she has a genuine understanding of the industry and the people behind it.

Working across the agency’s marketing and communications, Charmaine helps share the Wellington & Reeves story through digital marketing, advertising, social media, content creation and brand development. She enjoys creating marketing that is engaging, authentic and reflects the agency’s strong connection to the local community.

Outside of work, Charmaine is happiest by the ocean. You’ll usually find her swimming, boating, walking the beach with her dog or creating pressed seaweed artwork inspired by the Great Southern coastline.
