After Hours Information for Tenants
Throughout a tenancy with Wellington & Reeves, we do our best to ensure our tenants are safe and comfortable in their homes, however sometimes things go wrong.
If you have a general concern you may email your property manager or phone them during business hours, but if you believe you have an item that needs more urgent attention Wellington & Reeves offer an emergency after hours service.
Simply phone the office number (08) 9841 1455 and follow the prompts to be put through to a residential property manager who will assist you.
Urgent Repairs
Urgent repairs include the following:
- A burst water service (please attempt to turn off the water supply at the mains meter before calling)
- A blocked or broken lavatory system which leaves you with no other functioning toilet at the property
- A serious roof leak
- A loss of gas (please check your gas bottle first if you have one)
- A loss of power (first check with the Western Power website for general outages in your area and ensure all RCD’s are turned “on”
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- A fault or some kind of damage that cause the premises to be unsafe or unable to be secured
