- Begin a conversation with a finance broker, its free and it gives you confidence when making an offer.
- Do not be afraid to call or text a real estate agent, we are all here to help!
- Consider the 8am or 6pm inspection, we do not all work 9 – 5.
- In today’s market, do not assume the property is still available at its first home open – call and ask.
- Don’t hope for negotiation in a seller’s market. Offer your highest price and make it one you can live with if your offer should be rejected.
