Tom Moir

After leaving school, Tom spent several years in Perth before following his passion for sport and management, completing a Certificate IV in Sports Management at TAFE. In 2013, he joined the WA Football Commission as Regional Development Manager for the Great Southern, a role he held for six years and which saw him work closely with Wellington & Reeves Directors Barry Panizza and Kathleen Mier.

Those relationships led Tom to Wellington & Reeves, where he commenced as Office Manager in November 2020. He has since completed his Unrestricted Real Estate Registration and now serves as Managing Director, playing a key role in driving the business’s strategy, culture, and operational performance.

Tom remains deeply connected to the local community through his involvement with a number of sporting and education organisations, including Royals Football Club, Cricket Great Southern, the Great Southern Griffins and the Great Southern Grammar School Council.

His work and life are guided by the “4 C’s” – Communication, Culture, Consistency and Common Sense.
